The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double folding bed, a double bed, a single bed and two bunk beds. The house is located on a lovely plot with both a lawn for play and games as well as a hilly natural plot with several patios on ledges. You have a nice view from the mountain that borders the plot behind the house. The front of the house has a lovely terrace with outdoor furniture and a lounge group where you can prepare a good meal with drinks. Choose whether you want to follow the sun's path in the sky or sit in the shade or under a parasol. Here it is easy to enjoy your holiday. The house is on one level and contains a modern kitchen with a dining area and an exit to the back, a living room with a TV corner (Chromecast, not channels) and a warming wood stove. Four bedrooms, one of which is a double room with access to the balcony, one with a single bed and desk, one with a bunk bed and the fourth with a modern pull-out double bed (so-called day bed). Feel free to take the ferry across the strait to Härön and the well-visited restaurant Magasinet. Björholmen's Marina also has a good restaurant when you want to avoid cooking yourself. Feel free to visit the central town of Skärhamn, 14 km with a rich entertainment and cultural offer where the Nordic Watercolor Museum is the most famous. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
