Welcome to this idyllic cottage in Holsljunga, perfectly located in a quiet summer cottage area, just a stone's throw from beautiful Holsjön – one of western Sweden's most popular swimming lakes. Here you will stay in a well-planned cottage with open spaces, perfect for relaxation and quality time with loved ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, stove, oven, and coffee maker, and the kitchen table seats up to eight people. The cottage has three comfortable bedrooms, one with a 90 cm bunk bed, one with a 140 cm sofa bed where the cottage's TV is also located, and a third with a comfortable 160 cm double bed. The living room is the heart of the cottage with its inviting fireplace, perfect for warming up on chilly summer evenings. The owner provides a basket of firewood so you can enjoy crackling fires, and the large, comfortable sofa can easily be converted into a 140 cm sofa bed for extra sleeping space. On the same floor, there is also a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. A door leads from the living room to the back of the cottage, a real gem with its lush garden and lush lawn. There are several seating areas where you can enjoy your meals or just have a cup of coffee in the morning sun and soak up the tranquility. With only 380 meters to the fantastic Lake Holsjön, you can take a dip at any time. The homeowner also lends out a rowboat (Canadian canoe), and life jackets are available in the cottage.By the lake, there is also an outdoor gym, a playground with swings and a slide, soccer goals, and a boules court—there is something for all ages here. For those who want to explore the surroundings, there are beautiful hiking trails, and a visit to Gräne Gruva is a must for an exciting day trip. Shopping enthusiasts are also close to the famous Gekås department store in Ullared, only 30 km away, perfect for a day trip.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
