Here you live in a modern, fresh apartment with the sea just a stone's throw away. To get here, take the ferry from Lilla Varholmen via Björkö, a smooth journey that only takes a couple of minutes and is available all year round and free of charge. The apartment is located upstairs in a condominium association with a shared loft hallway that leads to the entrance. The downstairs has a bedroom with a double bed, modern kitchen with seating and access to the west-facing balcony. Bathroom with shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Upstairs there is the cozy loft with a sloping ceiling that has two more beds in a double bed. Kalvsund offers incredible swimming opportunities with jetties and inviting cliffs all around the island, small harbors and a peaceful atmosphere - all within easy reach of the apartment. The municipal swimming area, located on the northwestern part of the island, has both a diving tower and a bathing jetty. On nearby Björkö you will find a grocery store, restaurants and a nice mini golf course. Björkö is also an excellent starting point for visiting other nearby islands such as Hönö, Fotö and experiencing its beautiful nature, restaurants and fishing boats. The guest harbor on the island has a café and a kiosk that are open during the summer months. A relaxing summer on Kalvsund, where you can enjoy the beautiful archipelago nature and the quiet island life.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
