Situated 25 meters from lake shore, surrounded by Swedish woods, wonderfully quiet and relaxing, panoramic windows on fabulous lake panorama. Own door entrance from outside to a ground-floor apartment on the corner of large villa. 18sqm bedroom , 12sqm private bathroom with steam shower, bathtub and double handbasins. Small kitchenette with hot-plate, micro-oven, fridge, mini-dishwasher, cutlery and utensils, essential spices, tea and coffee (Nespresso) making equipment. BEDROOM with king-bed. Baby cot available upon request. All bed linen and towels and are included. BATHROOM with toilet, handbasin, showercabin with handheld and rain head, sprinklers, steam generator, footmassage, bathtub with massage jets.
One acre of private land with jetty and a beach on the lake shore Guests have free access to the gardens, trampoline and swing for children, jetty and natural beach on the side of the lake, many walking paths in the woods less than 100m away. Children can play in large garden with trampoline, a giant swing, a playhouse, climbing areas, bicycles, choice of indoor and outdoor games.
Free use of: trampoline, swings, bathing from sand beach, chillbeans. Optionals (extra cost): sauna, jacuzzi, boat with electric engine, fishing equipment and permit, kayaks, bicycles, ping pong table. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be served in the cottage at the time of your choice.
"The room is situated between a lake (25m) and the woods (100m), which lends itself to walking/jogging, road or mountain biking, swimming, fishing, picking berries (Jul-Aug) or mushrooms (Aug-Sep).
