The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Welcome to a lovely house with a large plot and plenty of space for both play and relaxation Enjoy the open grassy areas, the lush greenery, the beautiful rhododendron bushes and the calming rural feel. This fantastic house has room for the whole family. Hang out downstairs or relax in one of the bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom has a single bed and the other two have double beds, giving a total of 5 sleeping places. A spacious bathroom with shower and corner bath, washbasin and toilet and easy entrance from two directions. Downstairs there is also a toilet with washbasin. The kitchen is spacious and has a dining table for the whole party and a cozy fireplace for the colder part of the year. A beautiful detail in the living room is the white tiled stove. There is a sofa and TV with Chromecast. The house has a well-kept garden with several "rooms" that make it very inviting for playing but also for having a coffee in the shade or grilling in the evening. A sturdy robotic lawnmower takes care of the lawn, so please clear up after yourself so it can work freely. Not far from the house is Lake Västra Nedsjön, which has several nice swimming spots. Municipal swimming area with jetty and diving tower about 1 km from the house. On the north side of the lake is Nedflo beach, which you can reach in about 7 minutes by car. A long and nice sandy beach, child-friendly and well worth a visit. The area around Hindås offers beautiful lakes and waterways and Hindås canoe club (2.5km) is recommended as you can rent canoes or kayaks and go out on the water. All the equipment you need is included when you rent and also tips on nice trips. A memorable experience for the whole family. Sjuhäradsleden is a scenic hiking trail in Västergötland starting in Hindås. It belongs to the international hiking trail Europaled 1 and consists of several stages. Near the house there are also exercise trails with shorter distances such as 2.5km, 5km and 10km. Experience the mighty primeval forest in the Klippan nature reserve on rocky paths and leafy exercise trails. The nature reserve is teeming with animal and plant life. There are many fir trees that are over 150 years old and a ruin from an old croft with centuries of history. There are plenty of mushrooms and berries in the forest near the house. Hjortviken Country Club is 1.3 km from the house and here you can have a fantastic lunch or dinner and enjoy a cold drink on the terrace with a nice view. They also have a pool club with day admission. Hindås also has a Thai restaurant and a popular pizzeria for those occasions when you want to eat out. The house is a perfect starting point for the days you want to go out and look around. Nääs Castle and Factories is one of Sweden's best preserved castle areas with cafes, shops and beautiful walking trails. The well-known café town of Alingsås is 35 minutes away, and the cultural and entertainment city of Gothenburg is 30 minutes away - with gems like Universeum and Liseberg amusement park. Welcome to a relaxing holiday that offers experiences to remember for a long time.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
