This non-smoking house is of an older style, and the interior is mixed. You enter a spacious hall with a staircase on the right that leads to the upper floor where the bedrooms are located. Further ahead you’ll find the kitchen area with a dining area for 4-6 people, a living room that offers two sofa beds and a TV, a room with a sofa bed and a fully functional bathroom with a washing machine. Outside lies the terrace featuring a grill where you can enjoy birdsongs and picturesque sunset. On the upper level, you’ll find two bright double bedrooms, a children’s play area and a toilet. A perfect stay for those who want a spacious and simpler living in the country, but with a lot of space and proximity to many wonderful excursion destinations. In the area, there are plenty of less cozy lakes in Tivedsskogarna and Gullspångsälven, which are close to water life experiences, with everything from swimming, boat trips, fishing, and canoe trips.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
