There are two modern bathrooms, one on each floor, both with a shower, toilet and sink. Excursions Just a stone's throw from the house is the bathing bay of Hällsvik with warm rocks, a slide and an ice cream kiosk. Take the free ferry from Lilla Varholmen to Hönö or Öckerö, where bathing areas, fish smokehouses and small cafes await. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to central Gothenburg, in other words, Liseberg, Universeum, shopping and the city's restaurants are close at hand. Do you prefer hiking or picnicking? Then you will find the nature reserves Vinga and Tumlehed just around the corner. Amhults torg (2.3km) offers some shops, restaurants and groceries. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
