Opposite, a spacious dining area provides the perfect setting for shared meals with scenic views. The comfortable living room features a TV and a crackling wood stove, ideal for cooler evenings. A newly renovated bathroom includes a shower and toilet, while the bedroom offers two comfortable single beds for restful nights. Step outside to enjoy the generous terrace with garden furniture and barbecue - perfect for long summer meals and quiet evenings in nature. Just 800 meters away, you’ll find a wonderful swimming area with a jetty, a sandy beach, and a playground for children. The surrounding area offers scenic hiking trails, historical landmarks, and excellent opportunities for outdoor activities. Fishing is also available with a valid license. Borås is only a 15-minute drive, offering shopping, restaurants, Borås Zoo, and the Knalleland shopping center. Gothenburg’s attractions - including Liseberg and Universeum - are under an hour away, while Ullared and Gekås are just over an hour by car. Note: During dry periods, conserve water. Guests must clean before departure and bring their own bed linen.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
