The cozy house in Kölviken is located in Dalsland on the border with Värmland and close to the Norwegian border. The house shares a plot with the house owner. There are a total of 4 beds in the two-bedroom house. A bedroom with a double bed 180 cm wide. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90 cm. Interior is bright and homely. The family room is integrated with the kitchen part, so it is an open, nice area for dinners and good conviviality. The house is located in a rural environment and offers the perfect conditions for a wonderful holiday in the countryside. Here you can retreat after the day's swimming and adventure and enjoy a good meal together by the stove. Around the house runs a large terrace but a lovely sun deck with exit from the living room. There is plenty of space and the garden is large. The house is on a small hill that you reach with the help of a wooden staircase. If you have problems walking, it can be good to know that there is something hilly around the house. Otherwise, this accommodation suits you as a family of 4 who want to swim, holiday or fish in this quiet, nice area. The road here is beautiful and you pass splendid forests and many sparkling lakes. If you book this house, you will spend your vacation in one of Sweden's most lake-rich regions, whose countless lakes are connected by the old and beautiful Dalsland canal. Here are the perfect conditions for paddling trips. Experience the canal with its impressive locks and explore the "Old Farm" in Bengtsfors, West Sweden's largest open-air museum. Also visit Årjäng and let yourself be carried away by the city's passion for horse racing and take part in a centuries-old market tradition. Borgåsgubben and the Glaskogen nature reserve are also good excursion destinations. In the immediate area there are excellent swimming and fishing opportunities and if you want to shop, visit Töcksfors where there is a large shopping centre.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
