The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, a double bed and four bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a porch and a set of garden furniture and there are two balconies. The badroom is equipped with two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Welcome to the house "Toppstugan" with incredible view of the lake and magnificent forest outside. This is a real Swedish idyll with proximity to both fishing and swimming. In total, there are 10 beds in the cabin, perfect for the larger family or group that wants to stay comfortably together. The house is located on a farm where there are two other houses that you can also book if you are several families or an even larger group. The advantages of Toppstugan are many. You live near several lakes with healthy swimming and very suitable for fishing. If you want to fish, you need a fishing license. This house can be booked with advantage all year round. It is just as beautiful here regardless of the season. Summer with the green forests and sparkling lakes. Autumn with colorful leaves. Winter when the forests glow white and spring when everything bursts forth. The house is the first thing you see when you come up the hill. There are two large balconies for hanging out and good dinners outdoors. Everything is very homely and with a warm feeling. The kitchen is built on site and has everything you could need. There are two bedrooms and a family room. In one bedroom there is a double bed and a bunk bed. In the room next door there are two single beds and a bunk bed. The family room has a dining area and here too there are two single beds. In the living room there is a TV and sofa. The TV selection is broad and consists of both Swedish and foreign channels, including some German TV channels. There is also free wifi and access to Netflix. Straight ahead you come to the magnificent patio with a view. Outside the entrance there is also a large terrace for hanging out and grilling. This place is like the rest of Dalsland - a miniature Sweden. The house owners are very nice and helpful. As a guest, you have access to four canoes and life jackets and three oak trees to borrow. Next to the house where the life jackets are located, is a newly built toilet with both a shower cabin and a washing machine. Canoes, the extra toilet and life jackets are shared with the other guests in the surrounding houses. The beauty is that all guests who rent have this opportunity. So with many guests you have to take turns. Some guests may be sitting down by the lake at the covered benches, others may be sitting and barbecuing by Lillsjön while some are out by boat. This accommodation is part of Lillesjö Cottage Rental/ Lillesjö stugutyrning and the idea with the concept is that you should be able to enjoy the silence and recover in this fantastic environment. Therefore it is important to show consideration for each other and no large parties are allowed. You can book the entire facility if you want to subscribe for a party. Get in touch then. For those who want to hike, there are 4 different exercise tracks and lengths in the peaceful and fantastic environment around the cottages. These are suitable for walking, running or mountain biking. You can book final cleaning as an option. Bed linen and towels are included in the accommodation and in the price. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
