The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a barbecue, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a table tennis table. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Welcome to Germesta in Docksta, in the middle of the High Coast in beautiful Väster Norrland. You live in a charming 50's house with a plastered facade and a cozy and rural location. The house is close to everything you can imagine wanting to explore in outdoor life and nature experiences. Nearby is a small center, Docksta, which is within walking distance where there is a grocery store, a cafe with organic chocolate and a shoe factory where they make Dockstatoffeln. The house has 2 larger bedrooms and 2 smaller sleeping alcoves. A total of 7 beds. A spacious kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, table with seating for 4 and a kitchen sofa. In the adjoining dining room, you are welcome to set the table for 10 people. The living room has a TV with chromecast, a large sofa and a cozy wood burning stove. Bathroom with shower toilet and sink. In the basement there is a laundry room where you can wash if you want. On the plot there is grass area for various play, hammock, 2 bicycles to borrow, sun loungers and a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, parasol and barbecue. The house has wireless wi-fi with unlimited surfing. From the house you see the road down to the sea where it takes about 5 minutes to walk and where you are welcome to take both evening and morning dips. If you cross the road (E4), you come directly to the Höga Kusten trail, which is a total of 128 km divided into 13 stages. This is one of Sweden's most beautiful trails! The view on Skuletoppen is magnificent and you can see part of the High Coast. Skallberget by Gideå is cool to see, an approximately 7000 year old cave created by the land uplift, where there is a lot to see and walk in, there is also an overnight cabin. Naturum is located about 2.6 km north on the trail from the cottage, is the starting point for a visit to the National Park, all information about the world heritage high coast and the national park is there. A short distance north of Naturum, about 800 meters, is Skule Naturscen which has performances by various artists in summer, perfect distance from the house to cycle to the party place. If you are interested in fishing, there are several options in the area to book or explore for yourself. If you want to go and look around along the coastline by boat, the tours in the summer go from Docksta out to eg Ulvön and Trysunda to experience Norrland's archipelago life. Or to visit some nice fishing restaurant. From the cottage you can walk or bike to the ferry that takes you out to the islands. If you want to experience the urban environment or go on an adventure swim with the children, Örnsköldsvik is 3.9 km north of the E4. This accommodation is perfect for those who want to experience the World Heritage High Coast, nature and sea. You can walk, cycle or hike short or long, and easily get to the surrounding resorts.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
