The house is in an absolutely quiet location in Floda, a little hamlet with just 13 inhabitants, about 70km from Umeå.
The bedroom has a covered veranda with a coffee table and 3 chairs. The garden around the house and the veranda is available for sole use.
The house is 65 square meters and can accommodate two adult and 1-2 children (depending on their age). The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a stove including an oven, extractor hood, sink and fridge and freezer combination. In the "fireplace room" is the stove, which creates a cozy atmosphere. Otherwise, the house is heated with electric radiators. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.80 m wide for 2 adults) and in the kitchen there is a sofa bed that can be folded out (for 1 child or 2 children if they are smaller children). The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. Internet access via WLAN is available.
The next largest town is Botsmark (14 km), where there is also a shop. The next largest city is Umeå or Skellefteå (70-80 km) and it is about 55 km to the sea. There is a beautiful sandy bathing beach 6 km away, where you are usually alone. In Vindeln there is the possibility to take part in a rafting tour on the river of the same name. In winter there is an illuminated cross-country skiing track in Botsmark (14 km), an alpine ski facility with lift and several runs in Bygdsiljum (25 km) and the possibility to book a dog sledding tour in Ekorrsele (75 km). In Tavelsjö (45 km), Sweden's largest natural ice rink is created every winter on the lake of the same name.
