General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a radio, a TV, a DVD player, a heather and a gas fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace and a balcony and there are three sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

In the heart of the forest of "Värmland" lies the community Lekvattnet. This place is characterized by the wings of culture and with the big forest and the water just inside the village. There are fantastic hiking trails, mushrooms and berry forests, plenty of opportunities for fishing and wilderness adventure. About 300 meters from the lake at an altitude is this fresh house, built in 1984 and with extensive renovation in 2020 With its four bedrooms, of which two with double beds, and with generous areas for living together, this is a really airy and fresh accommodation for a few weeks holiday. It is possible to swim in the lake below the house but if you want it right there is "Pägertjärn" offers a very well prepared bath and fishing camp 2.8 km from the house. With about 6,2 miles (1 swedish mile) to the Norwegian border and with a few 100 meters to the magnificent scenery, this is a great place to have as a base for their exploration trips but also to just be "home" and enjoy life.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
