General

The holiday home for 7 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double folding bed and five single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove and a convection microwave.

Lovely house with a roofed patio, and wood stove perfect for chilly evenings (firewood included). Located on a nature lawn about 500 meters from Lake Grässjön, calm and tranquil suroundings for fishing or go for a swim. When you enter the house you will find the livingroom and kitchen area after the entrance. Even if the cottage have a older standardization you will find modern comfort in form of a smart-TV to relax by in the evenings. Or maybe light a fire in the fireplace for some warmth and the magic of the flames dancing. The kitchen is practically fitted with a stove and oven, microwave oven and coffee maker. The bedroom in the main house is connected with the livingroom and kitchen, it offers two beds. You will find more beds in the annex that is located on the backside of the main house, there you have threee more beds. In the entrance directly to the right you will find the bathroom, fitted with WC, sink and a shower. By the lake, that is located about 5oo meters from the house, is a beach consisting of a mowed lawn and there you can sunbathe have a BBQ or play some volleyball on the volleyball field. By the lake you can take long walks in the beautiful nature, towards the nort is the forrest and if you decide to walk to the south you will fing green pastures. In the area you can find more beautiful lakes, Lidsjön and Rådasjön and also the nature reserve Brattforsheden for nice excursions and hikes. In the nature reserve you can find old settlements that dates back to the stone age. Or coal pits remaining from hundreds of years ago when the area was known for charcoal production. About 5 mk from the house in Sunnemo is a small convinence store. If you continue 26 km from the house towards Hagfors you will fine more stores and restaurants. There is also a railroad musem and maybe a round of mini golf after a dinner at a restaurant. To see some moose you can visit Värmlands Moose park and that is located about 39 km from the house in a north western direction. During the winter there is a chance to go skiing. It is about 45 km from the house.

Layout

On 26 kilometer of BADSTUGAN you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 500 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near BADSTUGAN in Hagfors you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
