Welcome to this fantastic accommodation on Fagerön in Östhammar, in the beautiful Roslagen region, just a stone’s throw from Sandikafjärden and a charming canal where you can go canoeing! Here, you will stay comfortably in a log cabin with a sauna and an adjoining guest cottage, offering lovely social spaces both indoors and outdoors on a lush green property with beautiful views of the surrounding area. A true summer idyll, perfect for relaxation and outdoor living! The main house welcomes you with a large terrace furnished with seating areas where you can enjoy the sun all day long. Inside, the living room and kitchen are combined in an open and social floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for anyone wishing to sleep there. From the hallway, you can access two comfortable bedrooms with ample storage space — one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed where the lower bunk is slightly wider. The hallway also leads to the bathroom, where you will find the lovely sauna with a conveniently adjoining shower cabin. For those who would like a little more privacy, the guest house is a perfect option, featuring two bunk beds and therefore offering additional sleeping arrangements. Good to know: if you would like internet access and the possibility to watch TV, the owner can arrange this for an additional fee, as the service needs to be activated manually. Just a short walk from the house is the canal where you can take the canoe out for a trip — perfect for a lovely summer evening paddle on Sandikafjärden while enjoying the beautiful sunset. At Sandikafjärden, you can also enjoy a refreshing swim from the pier, the beach, or the cliffs. There are also swings and a football field here — truly something for everyone! On your way to the accommodation, you will pass a farm with a farm shop where you can buy fresh milk, meat, and other local delicacies. Definitely worth a visit! There are also plenty of flea markets nearby, and in central Östhammar you will find all the services you may need. We also recommend a day trip to Öregrund and onward to Gräsö for fantastic sea bathing. In Öregrund, you can stroll through the charming alleyways, along the harbor, and enjoy delicious food — or perhaps play padel in Tallparken, making it a perfect excursion destination. Don’t miss this gem on Fagerön!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
