The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions and two heathers. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a porch, a sauna, a terrace and a swimming pool and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets and three showers.

The holiday home has two fridge-freezers, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with two microwaves, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and two ovens.

A home that offers everything—and more—for a holiday you won’t soon forget. Here you can choose between a swim in the sea, in Lake Maren, in the warm pool, or why not enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi? If you feel like a sauna, you can relax in the wonderful wood-fired sauna, with blueberry bushes just outside the door! This is the perfect accommodation for those who want to stay comfortably with large social spaces both indoors and outdoors, surrounded by beautiful nature that invites play and lovely walks. With two floors—each with its own kitchen, bedrooms, living room, and bathroom—it’s like having two homes in one, which is very practical if you want to split up by family! You are welcomed by a pleasant terrace where you can catch a glimpse of the sparkling sea—an ideal start to the day with your morning coffee. On the entrance level, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area by a front-facing window. There is a large living room with a fireplace, sofa group, TV, and dining table. From here, you have access to a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture, offering a great overview of the entire garden and pool area, which you reach via stairs as this is a split-level house. Also on the entrance level are four comfortable bedrooms: one with two single beds and three with double beds (one of which is 140 cm wide). One bedroom must be passed through to reach another bedroom. There are two bathrooms with showers and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. One floor down, you’ll find another kitchen, a living room with TV, sofa group, and dining table, two bedrooms—one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and a crib—as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower. From here, there is access to a generous terrace with a pool, jacuzzi, and a lush natural garden where the sauna house is also located. The house borders a beautiful forest with berries and mushrooms in season and charming little paths that, among other things, lead you to the lake. The island offers several swimming spots; just a few hundred meters from the front of the house is a lovely small beach, Orrlundabadet, with a jetty and sandy shore. If you continue a bit further, you’ll reach Tynningö Livs, a small grocery store with a good selection. There is also a playground and a gym here. If you’re lucky, the “Bread Truck” will stop by with freshly baked bread! Don’t miss a trip to Tynningö Klack, the highest point on Tynningö, where the view is magical! Another tip is to take a boat trip with SL boats/Waxholmsbolaget to other parts of the archipelago, such as central Vaxholm. There you can stroll along the harbor and picturesque alleys, enjoy a good meal, or their famous “Ice Cream on the Corner”! Vaxholm offers a wide range of services, including grocery stores, local boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and much more. If you prefer to drive and do a larger grocery run, you can take the car ferry to Norra Lagnö and continue on to Gustavsberg. A warm welcome to this archipelago paradise!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
