Inside, the villa offers bright, open-plan living spaces where the living room and kitchen merge, creating an airy feel and making it easy to socialize. You have two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed for two in the living room. The house features one bathroom with a luxurious shower and is also equipped with a washing machine. The villa is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, with easy parking on the driveway – convenient for both everyday life and guests. At the same time, it's only 45 minutes by train to central Stockholm, offering an excellent balance between peaceful living and city pulse. At the back of the villa, a generous terrace unfolds, becoming a natural extension of the house. It offers several thoughtfully designed outdoor areas – a breakfast corner with a coffee table, a lounge corner with soft cushions for relaxation and evening coziness, as well as a spacious dining area with a grill where people gather for long dinners under the starry sky. A warm atmosphere is created by soft lighting around the terrace. Here you’ll find the outdoor pool, also equipped with a small slide for the younger children. Around the pool are sun loungers and parasols for resting and socializing. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
