General

The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double folding bed, a single bed and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a fireplace and a CD player. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave, an oven and a stovetop.

On the beautiful Adelsö, one of the Mälaren islands, you will find this cozy house. In the large house there is a living room and kitchen with the facilities you need for a comfortable holiday. Also a lovely modern bathroom with a steam sauna, washing machine and drying cabinet and a double bedroom with access to the large balcony. The balcony has many cozy seats, a hammock to slowly swing in and a wood-fired hot tub. At one end of the balcony is a shed with space for three people. There is no water and toilet here, only sleeping places. The plot has a wonderful and large lawn for fun activities, the owners have a kubb and croquet that you are welcome to borrow. Two hundred meters from the house there is a rock swimming pool and if you want a sandy beach there is a family swimming pool at Hovegården which is four km from the house. Adelsö has a lot to discover, from Hovgården there is a boat to Birka, with interesting Viking finds. If you like hiking, there are many nice hiking tours on the island. There are old burial mounds and rune stones on the island. You can get to the island by free car ferry that runs a shuttle service during the summer months. There is a small grocery store at the ferry, if you want a larger store there is one in Ekerö center, where there is also a gas station and a system company. There is a bus to Stockholm, so you don't need to take the car, but there is also a large shuttle parking lot at Ekerö center, from there you can take a boat into central Stockholm, a nice boat trip.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
