Here you will find a simple but cozy little house in Färentuna on the Mälaröarna islands near Stockholm. The house has an old-fashioned charm with sanded wooden floors, old fine furniture, a small kitchen and a bedroom with a 120 cm bed. In the living room there is a sofa bed that is also 120 cm. The shower and toilet are outside, so lovely to shower outside in the summer. The toilet is a dry toilet in a small house next door. The house has a large terrace; half with a roof and half without a roof, nice to sit outside regardless of the weather. A large green plot with outdoor furniture and a grill for nice evenings. The house is high and partly protected from view. One km from the house there is a nice beach, there is a bus to Stockholm 200 m from the house. A grocery store and pizzeria are 1 km from the house. On the Mälaröarna islands; which consists of several islands, there is a lot to see and do, feel free to bring your bikes and discover the islands by bike. This house is for those of you who want to live genuinely in the middle of nature, close to forests and hikes, but still close to everything.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
