You live within walking distance to grocery stores, playgrounds, restaurants, exercise tracks, MTB track, activity party and much more. Within one km you reach Trosa Havsbad with a sandy beach, jumping tower, ice cream kiosk and restaurant.

The villa is fully equipped and suitable for children. There are 2 bedrooms, a common room with the possibility of sleeping, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room, living room with TV. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
