Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm) (120 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: open gallery with 1 double bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. Terrace 80 m2. Barbecue, deck chairs (6), sitting area. Very beautiful view of the sea, the countryside and the bay. Facilities: sauna, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: one double bedroom is outside the apartment. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

For shared use: natural state property 1'800 m2, garden 400 m2. Bathing jetty. Rowing boat, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bicycle rental 3 km, bus stop "Oxelösund Centrum" 2 km, railway station "Nyköping Centralstation" 12 km, ferry 5 km, rocky beach 20 m. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
