The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two toilets and a shower.

Here you’re just a few hundred meters from the sea and the picturesque Kåseberga Harbour, where you’ll find small restaurants, a fish shop, art galleries and the charming Bykrogen. Everything is within easy walking distance – including a grocery store, mini golf and the magical Ales Stenar with its magnificent view. The house is bright and airy with generous spaces for socializing. In the main building there are three bedrooms: two each with a pair of 120 cm single beds, and one with a double bed. For larger parties there’s also a detached annex with two single beds. The kitchen is large and functional with plenty of room for cooking together, and the spacious living areas both upstairs and downstairs make it easy to gather for meals, games or movie nights. Naturally, there’s high-speed internet and a smart TV. Outside you’ll find a lush garden with several seating areas. Dine under the pergola, relax on the corner sofa or soak up the sun in a deck chair. The house also provides tips and inspiration for excursions in the area – there’s always something new to discover. As a guest you have access to the entire house and the green garden with two generous social spaces. If you’d like to explore, this is the perfect base. You’ll find beautiful beaches along the Ystad coast, such as Löderups Strandbad and Sandhammaren. Ystad, Simrishamn and Tomelilla are all within easy reach for shopping, good food or a leisurely stroll. Don’t miss the famous café “Olof Viktors,” which comes highly recommended. Also worth a visit are Gamla Bageriet in Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik at Österlen, Glimmingehus and Örum 119 – a must for pizza lovers. For something truly unique, try the restaurant Vyn along the coast between Skillinge and Brantevik, run by Daniel Berlin who previously operated a Michelin-starred restaurant in Skåne. A short drive away you’ll also find Ales Stenar, Kåseberga and much more. For children there’s plenty to explore, including Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo and Tosselilla Sommarland. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. And don’t miss the chance to fish in Skåne’s many wonderful lakes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
