Sauna is available for booking by the owner on site at an additional cost. In the garden with outdoor furniture, meals can be enjoyed from the barbecue during lovely summer evenings. Pets can be brought along on request. The accommodation consists of a cozy two-story apartment on the owner's farm. In the entrance you are greeted by a large fireplace that increases the coziness factor and helps to warm up the home on colder days. In the open-plan layout with kitchen for self-catering and dining table for shared meals, there is also a nice sofa group for relaxing moments and a comfortable double bed. The stairs to the upper floor with visible ceiling beams and furnishings that enhance the country feel in a positive way. The spacious upper floor has two single beds, a sofa group and a balcony to enjoy the fresh air from. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet on the lower floor and washing machine in a separate room. There are walking-friendly areas around the farm, which is idyllically located in the middle of the Skåne landscape - only about 20 minutes by car from coastal gems such as Simrishamn, Brantevik and Kivik. From here you can quickly reach both Stenshuvud National Park, Ale's stones and picturesque places such as Skillinge and Vitemölla. Perfect location for day trips, bike rides or just to enjoy the peace.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
