General

The holiday home for 9 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, five single beds and a double folding bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather and a heater. In addition there is a balcony and a barbecue and there are two sets of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a convection microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

The house features an open-plan layout and spacious living areas, making it easy to gather both indoors and out. The fully equipped kitchen offers excellent facilities for self-catering, and the living area provides plenty of space for shared meals in front of the fireplace on cooler days. The ground floor houses two bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All ground-floor rooms have direct access to a lovely south-facing terrace, featuring both covered and open sections. The downstairs bathroom includes a washing machine. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with a single bed. There is also a living room with a sofa bed and access to a furnished, sheltered balcony—a wonderful spot to sit back with a cup of coffee or a drink and enjoy the magnificent sea view. The surrounding garden offers space for both relaxation and activity; there is play equipment for the children, while the rest of the group can enjoy the tranquility and the sound of the waves. A coastal cycle path runs right outside the house, making it easy to explore the area without needing a car. Two adult bicycles are available for use—one equipped with a child seat—allowing you to visit coastal villages or stop for a swim at one of the lovely beaches, such as the vast sandy beach at Mossbylund. Abbekås Harbor offers pleasant dining spots set in an authentic harbor atmosphere with beautiful views. There are several summer restaurants and other appealing attractions in the area, including a number of golf courses—with Abbekås Golf Club being the closest. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
