Welcome to our cozy guest cottage – the perfect place for a peaceful and comfortable stay! You'll be staying in a cleverly designed open-plan space with a comfortable double bed and a small seating area. The cottage has a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple meals, as well as a fresh and clean bathroom. Start your day with a cup of coffee outside the cottage or enjoy a quiet dinner in the evening sun. The garden is shared with the neighbor, and you may be joined by two friendly cats that roam freely. This is the perfect accommodation for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay close to nature! Stay for a couple of nights or longer – it's up to you! The location is ideal, right in Österlen, with lots to see and do nearby. If you're up for exploring, this is a great starting point. You'll find beautiful beaches along Ystad, Löderup Beach, and Sandhammaren. Towns like Ystad, Simrishamn, and Tomelilla offer shopping, good food, and lovely places to walk around. There's also a well-known café called Olof Viktors that’s highly recommended. Other great spots to visit include the Old Bakery in Örnahusen, Karl-Fredrik at Österlen, and Glimmingehus. A few miles away, you’ll also find Ales Stenar, Kåseberga, and much more. For children, there’s plenty to discover too – like Skåne Zoo, Ystad Zoo, and Tosselilla Summer Park, among others. You can even take the ferry from Ystad to Bornholm. And don’t miss the chance to fish in some of Skåne’s beautiful lakes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
