In a smaller cottage area you will find this holiday home, a perfect starting point for those who love nature and adventure. In the cottage area there is an outdoor pool, mini golf, tennis court, playground etc. The house has a spacious living room with a sofa bed for two people, dining table, TV and a lovely wood-burning stove. The kitchen is well equipped. One bedroom has a double bed and one has a sofa bed for two people. The bathroom has a shower. In the basement of the house there is a laundry room with a bathtub and shower. The house has free wifi. From the living room there is access to the patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. The plot is spacious and has room for all the family's activities. There are plenty of nice walking and cycling paths in the area. The cottage area's communal facilities bring the whole family together for relaxing activities and lovely swimming in the heated pool. Just north of the cottage area is Söderåsen National Park. Here you can hike through lush deciduous forests, follow paths along hills and valleys and enjoy the view of the Skåne landscape. There is everything for the outdoor family. Nearby is the Älgparken with the possibility of a moose safari. The Röstånga community has both an inn, shop and café. There is also a large leisure centre with camping and outdoor swimming pool, etc. Nackarpsdalen, which is part of the nearby large Skäralid National Park, has many fine hiking trails and in Odensjön you can fish (fishing license required). The Rönne River winds its way east of Röstånga, where there is the possibility of fine salmon fishing. At Stockamöllan canoe centre, you can rent canoes and paddle through the beautiful landscape From Skäralid you have the perfect starting point for visiting destinations in Lund, Malmö, Helsingborg and Landskrona. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
