Welcome to a countryside home – a place perfect for those seeking peace, simplicity, and a rural atmosphere. The house has two floors with plenty of space for both relaxation and socializing. On the ground floor, you'll find a living room, a dining room, a functional kitchen, and a bathroom. There are visible wooden beams, and in some areas, the ceiling height is considerably lower, adding to the home's rustic character. A fairly steep staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms: two rooms each with a single bed, and one room with two single beds – ideal for a family or a small group. At the front of the house, there's a small garden and a terrace where you can enjoy the fresh country air. Please note that the door leading to the backyard garden is not to be used, and private storage spaces are off-limits to guests. The wood-burning stove is decorative and must not be used. The house is located next to a country road, so some traffic can be expected. This is a simple, characterful rural accommodation – perfect for those who appreciate nature, quiet, and a break from city life. There is plenty to explore in Skåne within a reasonable distance. If you enjoy swimming, fishing, walking, or cycling, you’ll find lots of beautiful places to visit. Other attractions and excursions include Bosarpssjön, Bjeverödsdammarna, Skånes Zoo, Fulltofta Nature Center, Bosjökloster, and a beautiful golf course (Bosjökloster Golf Club). At Vaxsjön, you can also rent a boat for a small fee. If you’re in the mood for a beach day, two of Skåne’s best beaches are Yngsjöstrand on the east coast and Borstahusen on the west coast. Along the coast toward Österlen, you’ll also find Kivik’s Cider House, Stenshuvud National Park, Karl Fredrik at Eklaholm, and much more.

Layout

There is a lake/open water less than 13 kilometer. You can also relax, because near BF-PMGCJ in Eslöv you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
