On the upper floor, you’ll find a spacious living area furnished with a sofa group, dining area, one double bed, and two single beds. On the lower floor, there is a modern bathroom with both a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as good storage space. You’ll stay comfortably here and also have access to a shared plot with a large lawn for your use. A short drive away is Båstad’s harbor area, offering a wide range of cafés and restaurants. Explore the Bjäre Peninsula with all its picturesque summer villages and excursion destinations. There are excellent cycling routes and hiking trails throughout the peninsula. Golfers will find six courses within 12 minutes, with Båstad Golf Club and its two courses just 3 minutes away. Just north of Båstad lies Norrviken Gardens, a popular attraction. Laholm is also only a short drive away, featuring a charming town center with small shops, cafés, and restaurants. The Lagan River winds through the town, offering great salmon fishing and a smokehouse with a restaurant. A fishing permit is required. The Hallandsås ridge also offers several wonderful hiking trails. To the south lies Ängelholm, with a pleasant town center and the Klitterhus area with beautiful beaches. To the north is Halmstad, home to the Hallarna shopping center, a lively city center, and Tylösand with its fantastic beaches, vibrant nightlife, and several golf courses.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
