General

The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a sauna and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

The Villa has a fantastic location, right on the waterfront with stunning views. Here you are quite private with access to an almost private lake with jetties, terraces and sauna. The large wooden house was extended and renovated in 2016. It is in a classic Swedish country style but modern and fully equipped. The house has four double rooms and two single rooms, five bathrooms, open living rooms and a large kitchen. Guests are invited to fishing and berry- and mushroom pickning. Canoes can be rented nearby. For children the popular Astrid Lindgren World and the Kolmården Zoo in the area (appr 1 hour). The university town of Linköping offers theatre, restaurangs, museums, historic sites and shopping. There are four 18-hole golfcourses within an hours driving.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
