The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two bunk beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a stovetop, a coffee maker and a convection microwave.

In beautiful Småland, among fantastic old stone walls, lies this lovely apartment. The apartment is located in a detached building about 60 meters from the owners’ house. It is a peaceful and quiet countryside setting, with the feeling of staying in your own cottage. At the back, there is a private terrace with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and views over forests and fields, as well as a lawn. The apartment is tastefully furnished with all modern conveniences. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open-plan layout. The kitchen is bright, fresh, and newly renovated, and includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. In the spacious living area, there is a large dining table with seating for at least six people. The ceiling features rustic beams that reflect the building’s original character. The living room also offers a sofa for socializing and a cozy fireplace that can be used for heating. The apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a 180 cm double bed, and the other has a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have doors. The sofa in the living room is a 140 cm sofa bed, making it possible to accommodate up to six guests. For this option, please contact the service office. For longer stays, the sofa bed is recommended for children or teenagers. The bathroom, located in the other part of the apartment, has a shower. All rooms are bright and pleasant. Guests who bring bicycles have access to storage for convenient storage. Nearby, there are two lakes where fishing is also possible. Guests are welcome to borrow a boat located in one of the lakes, just 900 meters from the house. At this lake, there is also a jetty where you can enjoy the sunset or light a fire in the fire pit. Only 10 km from the apartment is Tingsryd, where you will find several shops and the well-known department store Börjes. There is also a nice swimming area and an adventure pool/indoor swimming facility. For nature lovers, Åsnen National Park is nearby, offering cycling and hiking among many attractions. Less than an hour’s drive away, you can reach the coast and visit Karlskrona, Ronneby, and Karlshamn – all beautiful summer destinations. If you prefer a larger city, Växjö is only 40 km away. Welcome! Good to know: Please bring your own life jackets if you plan to use the boat.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
