The house is fully equipped for self-catering and has several nice spaces for socializing with all the amenities you need for your stay. The spacious open-plan kitchen offers plenty of space for cooking and has room for the whole family to gather around the dining table and on the sofa with armchairs. Board games are available to borrow. There is also an atmospheric fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. A bedroom on the lower floor with a divisible double bed and cot also has a tiled stove for increased coziness and warmth. Two bedrooms upstairs with a double bed in one and two single beds in the other. Upstairs there is also a cozy living room with a stove - perfect for quiet evenings. A fresh bathroom with shower and washing machine and an extra toilet. In the large garden there are opportunities for activity and relaxation. A nice place in the shade under a tree has tables and benches to eat outside. The view over meadows and pastures with grazing cattle gives a calm and pleasant feeling of well-being. Summer open food service, activity hall and grocery store only 2 km away and also close to Älmhult with a wide range of services, grocery stores and shopping. The well-known IKEA department store is about 20 minutes by car from the house. For nature lovers there are several nice excursion destinations in the area, such as the Vakö myr nature reserve and the lakes Femlingen, Sandören and Virestadssjön which offer both swimming and fishing opportunities with boat rental. Final cleaning is included for easier departure.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
