It is a tasteful farm that is well preserved and you rent the whole house but the upper floor is not decorated. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a bed for slightly smaller children. On the side of the house there is a terrace with seating area and barbecue. The plot is shared with the owner. Loftahammar only 20 minutes away there is a marina, restaurants, spa, bakery and archipelago ferries and why not swim in the sea. Loftahammar also has a 9-hole golf course. 3 kilometers from the house is Tindered a genuint visitor destination, Lantkök serves coffee, homemade, daily dish and a la carte. There is a farm shop with gifts and locally produced, right next door there is a greenhouse and café Tindered. In the area there is a large children's playground and if you want to take a dip there is a jetty or rock bath and a small spa. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
