Detailed information

On the east coast of the small charming town of Loftahammar is this newly built fine house. The house is located as the last house on a small street above the center and the marina. The house breathes new and fresh and has everything you need for a pleasant holiday. From the hallway extends the room with large TV and a kitchen with a bar counter between the kitchen and living room and two bedrooms. From the room, the door opens to the large terrace where you can lie and enjoy in the sun loungers fully protected or enjoy the meals from the barbecue at the garden table. From the deck deck is also the guest cottage which is great for the slightly larger children or if you are traveling two couples. The cottage has two beds and here you also have a small kitchen part, all in the same open space. The center is about 700 meters and there are shops and restaurants, and below the center is the marina where you can watch the boat life or sit down at one of the harbor restaurants. If you want to go to one of the islands nearby, archipelago traffic from Loftahammar in the summer, and there are also restaurants and swimming opportunities The golf course is close to the center and swimming is the closest 4km, and if you go outside Loftahammar there are many baths to choose from and even fishing if you want to try it. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
