Here you will live in a large house with an attached guest cottage in a scenic setting, with a view of the calming pond in the distance. Take a walk down to the pond, enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful surroundings. Both the main house and the guest cottage have nice balconies with beautiful views. At the front of the main building there is a cozy covered balcony where you can sit down regardless of the weather, while the back offers sunny patios and scenic views. In the large house you will find a spacious kitchen with access to the balcony. The large living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa group where you can relax after the day's excursions. There are also two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The guest cottage offers pleasant accommodation with its own living room with a sofa bed. There is also a practical kitchenette with hotplates and a fridge with freezer compartment. The guesthouse has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed – as well as a bathroom with a shower. It is not permitted to light fires in fireplaces. It is not allowed to charge electric cars. Please bring your own sheets and towels. The house must be left in a nice, clean condition. The upper floor of the main house is empty and closed and is not included in the rental. Here you live secluded with nature right outside the door. A beautiful hiking trail passes just outside the farm and in the area there is the opportunity to discover bathing lakes and the Småland nature. You are also close to the coast with excursion destinations such as Öland, Kalmar and Karlskrona. For golf enthusiasts, Möre Golf Club is also within easy reach. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
