The house has an open and modern floor plan with an airy living room where a comfortable double bed is screened off with a room divider. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the amenities you may need during your holiday. The large opening window sections create a wonderful light and lead out to the paved terrace where outdoor furniture is available for relaxing days and warm summer evenings. The modern bathroom is both stylish and practical equipped with both a washing machine and dryer for extra comfort during your stay. If needed, there is also a sofa bed that easily folds out into a 140cm wide bed, making the house suitable even for a small family or smaller group. Behind the house a forest path leads down to the sea where you will find a small cozy swimming area. In Stångehamn there are a number of nice swimming spots where you can choose to swim from sun-warmed cliffs or lovely sandy beaches. Please note that the house is located on a hill and that the terrain both up to the house and down to the swimming spot behind the house is hilly. The right side of the house has not yet been renovated as the house is planned to be expanded next year. After the winter, tree trunks will remain behind the house on the way to the swimming spot. For those interested in fishing, there is the opportunity to book a fishing guide by boat directly via the house owner before arrival - a perfect way to experience the sea and the archipelago from their best side. Bring your own sheets and towels. It is very important that the house is cleaned thoroughly before check-out. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
