Welcome to a nice and lakeside holiday home in idyllic Systertorp just outside Kristdala - a place for those of you looking for nature and relaxation in scenic surroundings. Here you live within walking distance of both the lake and the pond. It is only 670m to the lake and from the plot you can glimpse the pond below the house from some places A nice, very nice swimming area is 3 km away for nice summer days by the lake. The house is surrounded by a pleasant garden where you can relax and enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. There is a small terrace for your morning coffee and a wonderful balcony with outdoor furniture. Inside you are greeted by an older house with well-preserved charm. The living room offers a comfortable sofa group in front of the TV and a nice dining area for shared meals and cozy evenings together. The kitchen is well-equipped with most things you might need during your stay and also has a smaller dining area with a pull-out table for extra seating if needed. On the entrance floor there is also an open bedroom/living room without a door with built-in bunk beds - a cozy space for children or teenagers. Please note that the beds are only 180 cm long. The upper floor has two nice bedrooms. One is an open bedroom with a double bed with access to the lovely balcony. The other bedroom also has a double bed and offers a fantastic view of the scenic surroundings. Bathrooms with toilet and sink are located both upstairs and downstairs, as well as a shower room downstairs. It is not permitted to light a fire in the fireplace or charge electric cars. This is a perfect holiday home for those of you who want to experience the Småland countryside with proximity to nature, swimming and tranquility - a place where you can really relax and enjoy your holiday together.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
