Wonderful house with a large secluded garden in the middle of the wonderfully beautiful Bråbygden. Here you live surrounded by fenced farms and wonderful nature in Fallebo, one of the most beautiful villages in Bråbygden. Here you can truly experience an old-fashioned Småland with rare flora and fauna. Enjoy miles of fenced fenced farms with beautiful hay meadows and pastures. There are plenty of hiking trails that many travel from far away to experience. You have access to a rowing boat in two different lakes that are within walking distance. There is good fishing in these lakes for those interested in fishing. It's not far to the coast if you want to enjoy a swim in the sea. A trip to Astrid Lindgren's World is also usually appreciated by families with children. You have a nice terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers in the nice garden. The house is very fresh and nicely decorated. In the large living room with sofa there is also a tiled stove and TV. In the nice kitchen there is a dining area and most of what you may need. You sleep in three bedrooms. One bedroom with two single beds is on the entrance floor. The other two bedrooms are upstairs. One with a double bed, the other with two single beds. The bathroom with shower is upstairs. Here you can really enjoy the peace and the fantastic environment. There are two lakes within walking distance of the house. At one there is a jetty with a swimming ladder. If you want a larger swimming area, there is a larger swimming area inside Bråbo.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
