The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds, a double folding bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a porch and a barbecue and there are two sets of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment.

Welcome to a wonderful, former guesthouse located just 3 km from Mariannelund – right in the heart of Astrid Lindgren's fairy tale world. Here you live in a large, unique house with high comfort surrounded by beautiful nature and idyllic surroundings. Here you live perfectly for discovering places such as Bullerbyn (only 3 km walk), Näs where Astrid Lindgren was born, Filmbyn, Katthult, Mariannelund's caramel distillery and other attractions in the area. The nearest swimming pool is at Spilhammarsbadet where there is a nice swimming area. There is a rowing boat and canoe available to borrow, which can be easily pre-booked via the house owner. The large garden is a lovely oasis with fruit trees and a nice view, which is shared with two other rental houses on the farm. Children can have fun with a trampoline, swings. There are also bicycles and various play equipment such as a cube – perfect for active and happy family days. The house is divided over three spacious floors, which provides plenty of space for both socializing and secluded relaxation. • Entrance floor: Modern kitchen, living room, dining room, a bedroom with a double bed and a toilet with shower and washing machine. • Second floor: Cozy living room ideal for socializing or leaning back with a book and enjoying. • Upper floor with beautiful beamed ceilings: Living room, a bedroom with a double bed (through room), and a bedroom with two single beds and a 140 cm wide bed for two who wants to sleep close together. It is not allowed to burn in the house's fireplaces except for the stove in the living room with TV on the entrance floor. You must bring your own firewood for heating and fire experience is a requirement. A hiking trail passes right outside the property for those who want to take a walk in wonderful nature. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
