The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a game console, a fireplace, a TV, a radio, a DVD player and a CD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a football table, a terrace and a garden. The badroom is equipped with a shower and two toilets.

Welcome to a nice house near the sea in beautiful Oknö where you can enjoy wonderful walks along the sea and a refreshing swim at one of Oknö's many fine beaches. Here you have three balconies in different climates where you can enjoy. Fire up the grill on a warm summer evening to enjoy a delicious dinner with something good in the glass. The house has an open floor plan, with a large living room where you have a kitchen, dining area and living room in front of the TV. There is a pellet stove here that can be fired with your own pellets (not firewood). There is both Playstation and table football which can be fun for the whole family. You have three bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, the other two with two single beds each. Out in the small annex at the back of the house are two more single beds (there is no heating here). The house has a large and delicious bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a guest toilet with WC and sink. You have only 200m to the sea and a fine sandy beach. As Oknö is an island, there are also several good swimming beaches in different directions from the house. Oknö is a holiday idyll and here there is a lot to do and mini golf, tennis courts. At the campsite, there is a restaurant, playground, bike/scooter rental, sauna, gym and a small kiosk/shop. You also have a jumping tower and a restaurant at the Vass Oknö pub. In Mönsterås there is a slightly larger selection of restaurants, shops, a golf course and a popular water palace. Welcome to a really lovely holiday stay in this nice house with wonderful surroundings near the sea.

There is a lake/open water less than 250 meter. There is a mall nearby, in 6 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near 70978 in Mönsterås you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
