The typical Swedish red and white holiday home borders a forest pond and is quietly situated on a small forest road with fruit trees and a meadow in the garden.
This recently renovated holiday home has three bedrooms with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with balcony, a single bed (90 x 200 cm) and a sleeping area in the loft with a single bed (80 x 200 cm). In the cosily furnished living and dining area there is a sofa and three rocking chairs, satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is newly furnished and equipped with everything you need: Cooker, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with toilet and washbasin, where you will also find the washing machine.
There is an additional bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower, as well as a separate toilet with washbasin. All rooms are equipped with electric heaters.
2 SUP boards are included and can be taken to the lake and sea.
In the large garden you will find a fireplace, a barbecue and a working smoker for the fish you have caught yourself.
The Tot Tub with external oven is also located here.
There is also an outbuilding, a garden pavilion and two parking spaces on the property: a garage and a carport. The property is surrounded by a knee-high wooden fence. Accordingly, you should keep an eye on your free-roaming pet.
The nearest lake is just 900 metres away on foot. Here you can swim, row or simply enjoy the marvellous natural surroundings. About four kilometres away, in the village of Mörlunda, there is a grocery shop for your daily needs and a swimming lake with a beach. The river Emån is only two kilometres from the house and is ideal for fishing.
