Welcome to this charming house in Ruda, perfect for a peaceful family getaway surrounded by nature. The property features a spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and a lovely garden filled with fruit trees — including plums, apples, cherries, and currants — which guests are welcome to enjoy when in season. A shop and a pizzeria are just 300 metres away, ensuring convenience during your stay. Inside, the house offers a cosy atmosphere with a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area. The living room provides comfortable seating in front of a TV with Chromecast, and there’s a tiled stove for those accustomed to cooking with wood (firewood not provided). The ground floor includes a bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined as a double) and an additional single bed. Upstairs, you’ll find another bedroom with a double and a single bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room for two extra guests. The main bathroom on the ground floor features both a bathtub and a shower, while an extra toilet and sink are available upstairs. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer adds extra convenience. Enjoy the surrounding nature with nearby swimming and fishing spots. The nearest bathing area, Basthult at Lake Lilla Sinnern, is 6.6 km away, while Gösjön (17 km) offers jetties, diving towers, mini golf, and dining options. You can fish or rent a boat at Stora Sinnern, and nature lovers will enjoy exploring More Kastell — known as Småland’s Grand Canyon — or the scenic Aboda Klint nature reserve with its panoramic viewpoint and restaurant. For shops and restaurants, visit Högsby, Mönsterås, or Oskarshamn, from where ferries to Öland depart in summer. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
