The well-equipped kitchen has what you need to cook delicious meals, which are enjoyed at the pleasant dining area. The living room is spacious with a comfortable sofa group in front of the TV. The house has two nice bedrooms with comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. From the beautiful bedroom with double bed you have a fantastic view of the lake and a patio door out onto the nice patio - a perfect start to the day. The bathroom is small but fresh. Note that the sand for the sandy beach will soon be in place, then the pictures will be updated. Fishing in the lake is not allowed. If you want to fish, Lake Ödevata is nearby, where you can also rent a boat and canoe. Emmaboda offers a genuine Småland experience with proximity to both nature and culture. There are beautiful hiking trails, bike paths and good opportunities for fishing and swimming. In the surrounding area you will also find glassworks, local farm shops, a moose park and a variety of charming excursion destinations. For those who want to make day trips, both the coast, Öland and larger cities are within easy reach. Or why not take a day trip to Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
