The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and an oven.

The house (approx. 44.4 sqm) is situated on a 6000 sqm plot (edge of the Ädelfors forest) where there are two other holiday homes and the landlord's house.
It is designed for 4 persons with a cosy living room with TV, which invites you to play board games even in bad weather.
For anglers we offer an outside cupboard for your fishing tackle.
You will also find garden furniture on the property to sit in the sun or have breakfast.
A communal barbecue house is at your disposal, which must be cleaned after use. Please bring your own charcoal.
The sauna house can be used by arrangement and can also be cleaned/disinfected.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
