Detailed information
Welcome to our well-maintained holiday home by the lake, complete with a boat and separate bedrooms for up to 6 people. The house is situated on a lakeside plot. Rentals are weekly (minimum stay 1 week), with Saturday as the changeover day.
Arrival is on Saturdays from 3 pm, and departure is on Saturdays by 11 am. Enjoy the entire house to yourselves, with the lake right in front of the house, perfect for swimming or boating! Mobile prepaid internet is available for a fee.
Experience a wonderfully relaxing holiday in this beautiful part of Småland. Unwind and enjoy cozy evenings on the large veranda or the inviting terrace overlooking Lake Holmsjön, which lies directly in front of the house. Or spend pleasant evenings in the lovingly furnished living area.
The holiday home also includes a garden, a boat dock, and a rowboat (without a motor) that you are welcome to use free of charge. An electric motor for the boat can be rented. Unfortunately, fishing has been prohibited in Lake Holmsjön since 2025. The nearest lakes are Eksjöhovgårdssjön and Hjärtnäsasjön.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
