A large, spacious accommodation with a prime location and a fantastic view is what you get here! The house is located right on the lake and the lower terrace goes out over the water, and continues into the lake with a floating dock. A rowing boat is also included in the rent, so that you can make the most of this lake plot. The upper terrace offers seating under cover but also on the glass-enclosed veranda. So regardless of the weather, you are here in the front row to enjoy the wonderful lake and the view over it. To really not miss a second of the beautiful view, there is a second kitchen in the glass-enclosed veranda, so you can cook while you can socialize. The house has a large, combined living room, kitchen and dining room in one. With high ceilings and the same wonderful view. There are three bedrooms with a double bed in each. So, this house is just as suitable for three couples traveling together as it is for a family. There is plenty of room for 6 people here and the many opportunities to be outside and sit out ensure that there is something for everyone. The house has two bathrooms, one that was built in 2020 when the house was expanded and one from the previous building. Should you, against all odds, want to leave this fantastic accommodation, there is a moose park 2km away, where you have the chance to see the moose on a tractor safari. The nearest town is Eksjö, which is about 10 km away. Eksjö is one of Sweden's best preserved wooden towns, with architecture and memories from more than four centuries, so the town itself is well worth a visit. There are restaurants, cafes and shops here, and it is not uncommon for there to be some fun event during the summer months. In about an hour's drive you reach Astrid Lindgren's World, in the same amount of time in the other direction you reach Jönköping and can enjoy its restaurants and shopping.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
