Welcome to this unique property consisting of three charming cottages located in a U shape. Here you can rent the smallest cottage called "Axelshus" this house has a large conservatory where you can glimpse the lake between the trees and see the lovely forest in the other direction. You can rent all the cottages together if you are traveling with a large group. The other houses are no. 62861 and 62867. The property is located by Lake Bolmen, Sweden's 12th largest lake, known in sport fishing circles for its fantastic fishing opportunities. The cottages have their own swimming area just a stone's throw away. There will be a boat after June 7th, as well as a kayak that is shared by the three cottages. For those interested in fishing, there is a shared cleaning area, where you can clean the day's catch directly after the fishing trip. In the surrounding area there is fantastic nature to hike in and you can pick mushrooms and berries in the forest right behind. The cottage consists of a kitchen with dining area, a cozy living room, a large bathroom with shower and a Separett toilet, a waterless composting toilet. There is a family bed 120 + 80 for 2-3 people, and a summer bedroom adjacent to the conservatory. This room is not insulated all year round and is used according to recommendations from the owners only in the summer months. Here you have a large window with the same wonderful view as the glazed balcony. The cottages have a TV screen with HDMI cable so those who want to watch TV need to bring a chrome cast or similar to connect. Here you have a perfect starting point to explore the fantastic lake Bolmen, fish, swim or just enjoy the wonderful surroundings. The swimming area that belongs to the 3 cottages is about 50 down from the house, the slightly sheltered location means that it is a little more wind protected up by the houses. 15km away you will find Tiraholms fisk, which is a cozy restaurant and fish shop, well worth a visit.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
