This house is somewhat secluded, in a quiet location right by a lake. It is surrounded by plenty of pristine nature.
The house built in an old style provides around 70m² of living space for up to six people. The bunk beds in two of the three bedrooms are of course more suitable for children. The parents’ bedroom has a double bed and is a little more spacious than the other two bedrooms. There is a combined living and dining room with a sofa, dining table and fully-equipped kitchen, with an electric stove, fridge, extractor fan, freezer (200l), microwave and coffee machine. A vacuum cleaner, highchair, TV, radio, CD player and children’s bed are also provided. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The house has a washing machine, is insulated and has central heating/under-floor heating. Pets are not allowed. The owner lives on site.
There are two parking spaces on site, along with plenty of garden furniture and a grill. There is a swing for children. The lake with a private beach is just 100 metres away. A pasture with sheep and lambs surrounds the farm. You can hire a boat (about 4.5m long) and a motor (2PS).
The public beach and a playground are about 1km away. There are plenty of trip options in the area, for example to Kleva, Astrid Lindgren’s World, Smålandsleden, hiking possibilities, lovely cycle paths, and gathering mushrooms and berries in nature. You can also go skiing and snowboaring in Valbacken. The nearest shopping facilities are about 8km away. There is a golf course about 40km away and it is about 30km to Eksjoe and Vetlanda, and 40km to Vimmerby.
