General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor).

The hut enjoys a wonderful location on the shore of the big Lake Havern in northern Sweden.

The outdoor area has a grill with seating. There is a rowing boat at the lake, shared with the neighbouring house. You can go fishing or swimming in the lake. Two parking spaces are provided.

This wooden hut is on a 3000m² forested site with a neighbouring house. It has a bedroom with a bunk bed with mattresses measuring 80 x 200cm. The living and dining room with a kitchen unit provides a sofa, a dining table with chairs and another bunk bed. You can cook on a gas stove. Please note, there is no fridge. A wood-burning stove provides heating. The hut does not have electricity, nor running water. You can get drinking water from the owner and use water from the lake for washing up. There is no proper bathroom. You can bath in the lake or in the river, or at Folkets House in Ytterhogdal. There is a dry toilet in a small, separate building 10 metres away.

You can discover elk and other wild animals and enjoy the fresh air of the surrounding forests. The nearest locality is 25km away, where you can find all essential everyday amenities, as well as shops and restaurants.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
