Upstairs, there are five bedrooms - one of which must be passed through to reach another - along with an additional bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet. A charming balcony offers lovely views, while a covered terrace by the entrance provides a perfect spot to relax outdoors, with a man-made pond. Bräcke municipality is renowned for some of Sweden’s best fishing waters. Just 300 meters from the house lies a lake with a boat mooring, where you can rent both a boat and an outboard motor directly from the owner. Discover all that Kälarne has to offer - pack a picnic, enjoy cycling and forest hikes, paddle and fish across the many nearby lakes, or simply relax in the fresh air and peaceful surroundings. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
