The house has been carefully renovated with great respect for its history, preserving much of the original charm of a classic rustic mountain home. The property offers three bedrooms, two of which are furnished with comfortable double beds. The third bedroom has two single beds, and there are also two extra beds available, particularly suitable for children. There is plenty of space for both family and friends. The cozy living room is the perfect place to relax after a day in the mountains, while the spacious, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for preparing and enjoying meals together. In the entrance hall, centrally located in the house, you'll find a large wood-burning stove that can keep the house warm even on the coldest days in the event of a power outage. It also creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, casting a pleasant glow throughout the main floor. The bathroom is of an older standard but is fully functional. During the growing season, you're welcome to enjoy the berries, fruit, and other edible plants in the garden. Please pick according to the season and use your own judgment. The surrounding area also offers excellent fishing opportunities, making this an ideal destination for anyone who enjoys nature and outdoor activities all year round. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
